Restoration of a shabby steel roof
This project was a three year project in the making, designing and specifying before completion this month. The steel roof was discoloured with the factory finished coating peeling and on some roofs, a previous coating had failed. Our objective was to pressure clean the roofs and gutters, degrease the surface and to apply a very hard wearing industrial coating by airless spray, qualifying as the largest, single project spraying project to date. With professional specification from C Brewer & Sons Industrial Coating department, a very successful project has been delivered to the grateful satisfaction of the Estate Management Company.
